Return and Exchange

Please note that each product is individually crafted and handfinished by the maker. Slight unique variations in color, shape, and size are not defects, they are a natural and beautiful part of the handmade process and should be embraced.

In the unlikely case of a return / exchange, we want to ensure that our customers are satisfied .

Due to the fragile nature of these items we would request you to to kindly take a small video during unpacking . Please note that this is an important step to ensure a smooth return process .

The Returns will be guided by the following terms :

Every Product page will let you know if a product is Eligible for Return Or Not Eligible for Return  . The eligibility for return shall be mentioned below the "Add to Cart" option

Products that are eligible for return, can be returned within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Please send us an email at hello@popydjango.com with the Subject Line “Return”

Eligible Orders that exceed 7 days period cannot be returned or exchanged.

Upon authorization of returns, you can opt for an exchange or refund .Please note that any Shipping Charges paid at the time of Order placement shall not be refunded . Only the Product Price is eligible for a refund .

Once the return / exchange is approved we shall communicate the return address over email to which you can send the shipment eligible for exchange / refund . The refund / exchange shall be processed only after ensuring the shipment is received in proper condition by our staff .

FOR DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In the unlikely event that the product you ordered is damaged or defective, you may return the merchandise / product unused and in the same condition as you have received, along with its original packaging and tags, for an exchange.

You must inform us within 48 hours of your receiving the damaged / defective shipment by sending us an email on hello@popydjango.com and return the merchandise for exchange within 7 days of your receiving the shipment. Our team will check the validity  for damaged / defective shipment . We may ask for additional information including photos / videos  of damaged / defective items . Once approved, we shall communicate the return address over email  to which you can send the damaged / defective shipment . The refund / exchange shall be processed only after ensuring the shipment is received by our staff . All return costs including the return shipping charge shall be borne by us in the case of DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE Products
